- What do I need to use Wooshie?
- An active WordPress site with WooCommerce, a Wooshie license, and a Google account with access to the destination Google Sheets file.
- Can I send different products to different Google Sheets?
- Yes. Create separate automations and choose the products, Google Sheets file, and tab for each workflow.
- Which spreadsheet service does Wooshie connect to?
- Wooshie connects WooCommerce directly to Google Sheets. You’ll need a Google account with access to the Google Sheets file you want to use.
- Does Wooshie work with my custom checkout fields?
- Wooshie includes dedicated support for ThemeHigh Checkout Field Editor Pro. It can also discover compatible fields created by other plugins or custom code when those values are saved with the WooCommerce order or its line items. For these fields, you may need a recent order containing the information, followed by a refresh of the available fields in Wooshie. Compatibility depends on how the field is stored.
