Wooshie & Phooey Labs Connector Policies
Effective October 4, 2026
These policies describe Wooshie Order Sheet Automation and Phooey Labs Connector, operated by Phooey Brands LLC under the Phooey Labs brand.
Wooshie is a WordPress plugin that sends merchant-selected WooCommerce order information to a merchant-selected Google spreadsheet. Phooey Labs Connector is the hosted service that handles Google authorization and token-refresh requests for Wooshie. “Phooey Labs Connector” is the application name shown during Google authorization.
This page contains our product privacy policy, product terms, and Wooshie refund policy. It does not describe FileDropper, which is owned by Webtastica LLC.
Our separate website Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Cookie Policy describe use of phooeylabs.com. If you contact us through this website, its website privacy disclosures also apply to that interaction.

Information used by Wooshie and the Connector
The information used depends on the edition, features, and configuration you choose. It includes:
- Plugin installation and connection information needed to operate and support the service.
- Google authorization credentials and temporary authorization results.
- Automation settings, mapped fields, destination spreadsheet and tab selections, and transmission history.
- Spreadsheet information needed to configure and use the selected destination, including tab information and column headers.
- The WooCommerce order information you choose to send.
- Purchase, license, subscription, and permitted diagnostic information associated with Wooshie Pro.
- Information you provide when asking us for support.
Mapped WooCommerce fields may contain your customers’ personal information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or addresses. You control which fields are mapped and who can access the destination spreadsheet.
Why this information is used
We use the information needed to connect your installation, carry out your configured automations, maintain the Google connection, administer paid licenses, provide support, investigate failures, and protect the service from misuse.
Providing information for a support request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
Where information goes and is stored
Your WordPress installation. Wooshie stores its configuration and transmission history in your WordPress installation. Google access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form in your WordPress database. Your site’s administration, backups, and hosting practices also affect the information stored there.
Your Google spreadsheet. Configured order information is sent directly from your WordPress installation to Google Sheets. The spreadsheet remains in your Google account and is subject to your sharing settings.
Phooey Labs Connector. The hosted Connector handles authorization and token-refresh requests. It temporarily stores encrypted authorization results and maintains installation and operational records needed to run and support the service.
Order-row payloads do not pass through the hosted Connector. However, the Connector does hold installation and operational records, so we do not describe the service as storing no information.
Google permissions and access
Wooshie uses Google authorization and the following permission:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
This provides access to files you select for the application or that the application creates. It does not provide general access to every file in your Google Drive.
Wooshie uses Google Picker to let you select the destination. It reads spreadsheet information needed for configuration and operation, such as tab information and header rows, and writes headings and the order information you configure.
The Wooshie authorization flow does not request Google profile or email scopes. The connection is associated with your plugin installation.
Use of Google data
Our handling of information obtained through Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy (opens in a new tab), including its Limited Use requirements.
We use Google user data to operate and improve the Wooshie features you use. We do not sell that data, use it for advertising, or use it to train or improve AI or machine-learning models.
Human access is limited to support you authorize, necessary security investigations, and legal requirements.
Phooey Labs is an independent developer. These statements do not imply Google endorsement or certification.
Service providers and Freemius
We use service providers to host and operate the Connector, process Google connections, administer commerce and licensing, and communicate with customers. Information is disclosed as needed for those functions or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Wooshie Lite does not include the Freemius SDK and does not require a Phooey Labs account or license key. It uses the free Phooey Labs Connector service for Google authorization. Installing Lite alone does not enroll the installation with the Connector; enrollment begins when an administrator chooses to connect Google.
Wooshie Pro includes the Freemius SDK for licensing and commerce. Freemius may process merchant account and purchase details, license information, installation identifiers, site URLs, software versions, and diagnostic information permitted by the SDK’s settings.
Lite’s optional Upgrade to Pro link opens Freemius checkout when selected.
Your shoppers’ WooCommerce order rows are not sent to Freemius. They travel from your WordPress installation to the selected Google spreadsheet.
Security
Google tokens stored by Wooshie in your WordPress database and temporary authorization results stored by the Connector are encrypted.
Access to our operational systems is limited to people who need it to operate and support the service, investigate security issues, or meet legal requirements. No security measure guarantees that information can never be accessed or lost.
Retention
Retention differs by the location and type of information:
- Connector operational logs in the Google Cloud Logging
_Defaultbucket are retained for 30 days. - Audit logs in the Google Cloud Logging
_Requiredbucket are retained for 400 days. - Temporary Google authorization records have expiration timestamps and are removed through background cleanup. Expiration does not mean immediate physical deletion.
- Hosted installation records do not have automatic expiration and may remain after Google access is revoked or Wooshie is uninstalled. You may request deletion of records we hold.
- Information stored in your WordPress installation is affected by Wooshie’s deletion settings and your own hosting and backup practices.
- Information already written to your Google spreadsheet remains there until you or someone with permission deletes it.
These periods describe the specified Connector records. They are not a single retention period for all support correspondence, purchase records, website contact messages, or information held by independent providers.
Disconnecting and deleting information
Disconnect in Wooshie. Disconnecting removes the Google tokens stored locally by the plugin and attempts to revoke the authorization through Google. If remote revocation cannot be confirmed, remove the connection through your Google Account as well.
Revoke Google access. You can remove Phooey Labs Connector from your Google Account’s connections page: https://myaccount.google.com/connections (opens in a new tab)
Delete local plugin data. Wooshie retains its configuration and transmission history by default when the plugin is deleted. To remove that local data during deletion, first enable “Delete Wooshie data when the plugin is deleted,” then delete the plugin.
Request deletion of hosted records. Contact support@phooeylabs.com to request deletion of installation and related records held by Phooey Labs.
Delete spreadsheet information. Delete that information within your Google account. Disconnecting or uninstalling Wooshie does not delete rows already written to your spreadsheet.
Revoking Google access, deleting local information, deleting hosted records, and deleting spreadsheet content are separate actions.
Privacy requests
Contact support@phooeylabs.com with questions or requests about personal information held by Phooey Labs in connection with Wooshie or the Connector.
Depending on applicable law, your rights may include access, correction, deletion, obtaining a copy, or objecting to or restricting certain processing. We may need information to verify a request and identify the relevant installation. Where applicable, you may also raise concerns with a privacy regulator.
For requests concerning information a merchant holds in its WordPress installation or Google spreadsheet, contact that merchant. Phooey Labs does not control the merchant’s configuration, spreadsheet sharing, or independent use of customer information.
Do not send passwords, Google tokens, or other credentials with a request.
Product Terms
Your Google connection and configuration
Connecting Google authorizes the integration to perform the functions you configure within the permissions you grant. You may withdraw that authorization.
You choose which order fields are sent and which spreadsheet receives them. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to process and transfer that information, explaining your practices to your customers where required, and controlling access to the destination spreadsheet.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WordPress installation and Google account and for checking that your automation settings match your intended use.
Dependencies and availability
Wooshie operates with WordPress, WooCommerce, Google APIs, and, for paid licensing and commerce, Freemius. Changes, outages, restrictions, or policy decisions affecting those services can affect functionality.
We work to maintain the integration, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or successful delivery of every transmission.
These statements do not remove the refund commitments below or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Appropriate use
Do not use the Connector to access accounts or files without authorization, transmit information you are not permitted to process, interfere with the service, or bypass paid-service entitlements.
Connector access may be suspended where necessary to address misuse, security risks, provider requirements, or legal obligations.
The software license supplied with the plugin governs your rights to use, copy, or modify the software. This page does not replace that license.
Purchases and subscriptions
Wooshie Pro checkout, billing, subscription management, and licensing are handled through Freemius. The plan, price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and renewal terms are presented at checkout.
Disconnecting Google or uninstalling Wooshie does not cancel a paid subscription. Manage cancellation through the customer portal to stop future subscription renewals.
Canceling a subscription does not by itself revoke Google access or delete information in your WordPress installation, the Connector, or Google Sheets.
Support
Contact support@phooeylabs.com for product support. We may request relevant configuration information to diagnose a problem. Please avoid sending customer information that is not needed, and never send passwords or Google authorization tokens.
Wooshie Refund Policy
Wooshie purchases include a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If, during the first 14 days following purchase, you are dissatisfied because of missing features or a defect that makes Wooshie’s functions unusable, contact our support team. This includes defects caused by conflicts or incompatibilities with third-party products or services.
If we cannot resolve the issue after working with you, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price upon request.
To request help or a refund, use our contact form and select Wooshie. Include your purchase email address and a description of the issue. Please do not include passwords or license keys.
This policy applies specifically to Wooshie and does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and Contact
We may update these policies when our products, data practices, or applicable requirements change. We will identify the revision date and provide any notice or obtain any permission required for a material change.
